A multi-family tower project, located in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego. The project contains 300+ Units with custom Penthouses on the top level, in which 2 schemes were developed and installed. And, our designed Amenity Spaces include the Level 1 Concierge Lobby, Leasing, Mailroom. As well as the Level 24 Amenity Lobby, Fitness Center, Clubroom, and Sky Deck.
